Being the first mixology bar in Morocco, Baromètre’s Speak easy is a complete experience itself. Our team of mixologists works on homemade macerations, infusions and bitters to make our creations even more unique. Classic cocktails are of course among our selection and some of them re-interpreted in our way.

We believe in providing a fusion experience of Mediterranean cuisine with winks to our Moroccan gastronomy legacy and local products. Bar & Kitchen also work together for cocktail pairing with sharing dishes.
